Bingzone are looking for an energetic person to fill the roll of data entry/office administration. Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Data entry - updating file notes, using internal systems, and general administrative duties
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and maintain office organization
  • Follow up with proposal and database lead managements
  • Providing administrative record keeping and data entry
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and functions as required

Work Skills and Experience:

  • A high level of attention to details
  • Advanced computer skills, and have accurate fast typing skills
  • You will utilise your skills across problem solving and relationship building
  • Data entry skills – updating file, internal and external systems
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to multi task
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly motivated with a positive “can do“ attitude
