Data Entry Applicants Wanted.
Currently hiring for a Data Entry Clerk role in Toronto, ON. The Data Entry Clerk would be supporting the Senior Manager in Renewal Operations in providing data entry support. To qualify for this Data Entry Clerk role, you must have excellent computer skills, strong customer service skills and experience in a sales environment. The contract duration is around 4 months, starting as soon as possible.
Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
Type in data provided to you
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
1 year of clerical and/or administrative support experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent decision making and analytical skills
Organized and strong time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
