Patient Experience Coordinators are organized, exceptional communicators, and have the skills necessary to multi-task effectively and efficiently. You will be the primary contact with our patients, and you are responsible for the patients having an exceptional customer service experience in our practice.

This position is a FULL TIME located in SILVER SPRING, MD.

Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming patients
Answering the phone following office protocol
Taking and distributing calls or messages as necessary
Communicating patient status
Documentation of patient administrative records
New patient paperwork
Medical and Dental history’s and annual updates
Insurance information
Treatment consent documentation
Patient ledger and transactions
Financial agreements
Patient referrals
Office schedule
Communication and collection of patient balances due following office protocol
Maintaining a clean and inviting office and patient check in area
Participation in daily team huddles
AM huddle meeting
PM strategy meeting
Participate with ongoing feedback, training, and occupational reviews

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience
